Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing OrbitPM, or clicking "I agree" during signup, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use OrbitPM.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and current information during signup, and keep it accurate.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each natural person may hold one personal account; service or bot accounts are subject to separate arrangements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use OrbitPM for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law (including UAE PDPL, GDPR, or sanctions regimes);
• harass, defame, or harm any other user or third party;
• automate access in a way that interferes with or degrades the service for others;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or authorization controls;
• upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or material designed to damage the service or its users;
• infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

4. Subscription and billing

OrbitPM may offer paid plans. Pricing, billing terms, and payment processors will be presented at the point of subscription.

Billing not yet shipped: OrbitPM has not enabled paid plans at the time of this version of the Terms. ADR-0007 documents the deferred billing decision; until paid plans are enabled this section is informational only.

5. Data processing and privacy

Our processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights of access, portability, rectification, and erasure from the Privacy settings page.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Privacy settings; we will honour a 30-day grace period before any data is permanently destroyed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice except in cases of urgent security or legal need.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrbitPM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. OrbitPM's total liability is capped at the fees you have paid in the prior twelve months, or one hundred US dollars if no fees have been paid.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
